Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the customer service was fantastic, but on a downside, the room setup left much to be desired.
The hotel had some positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit uncomfortable as they had no door or curtain, and the damp smell was not pleasant. On the bright side, the service was outstanding, with friendly and very helpful staff. The location was good, providing a nice and quiet experience close to the main road. The dining experience was exceptional, especially for those heading to Machu Picchu early. A standout feature was the great breakfast with eggs cooked to order.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were warm, spacious, and extremely comfortable with loads of hot water, but having no external window was a downside, just one that opened onto a corridor. The bath was a nice touch, and the overall room was very big, spacious, and beautiful, including a great bathroom. The hotel provided great value for the money.
The hotel is located in a nice spot, offering a rooftop mountain view and being just a few meters off the main road, providing a pleasant and quiet experience. The rooms, although somewhat outdated and not very spacious, cater well to families with a variety of bed options. The dining experience offers a good variety of fresh and local products, while the service, though friendly, may have language communication challenges at times.
The hotel was amazing, with rooms on the fifth floor. The service was very service minded and professional, although there was chopping in the kitchen above us in the middle of the night. The location is good next to a street full of restaurants and 5 minutes walk from train stations and bus stations. The dining experience was good with slices of cheese, cucumber, tomato and olives. Overall, a great experience with a few minor hiccups.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, with spacious beds and even a jacuzzi, though not exceptional. The service was exceptional, with Alex and Edgar providing great assistance, the restaurant staff going out of their way to help, and a delightful barman making our first Pisco Sour. The location was convenient, close to amenities and transportation options. The dining experience was enjoyable with fresh juices and a Turkish breakfast, but the facilities were just average.
